1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

2. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as processing begins immediately.

3. Do you offer size exchanges?
We offer size exchanges for unworn and unwashed items with tags within 7 of delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for details.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Shipping and Dispatch

Shipping time for “all art articles” is 15 working days after order is received. Weekends excluded.
Full payment must be made in advance before it will be processed. Art pieces are MADE TO ORDER ONLY.
Returns & Exchange

We only offer size exchanges for our core collections that do not have art on them.
Returns are accepted if there’s a mistake from our side.
So please select size and design carefully.
We use third part shipping as courier services , once the order is dispatched within 15 working - any delays to delivery is not our responsibilty.
